Customs & Import Duties

The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees charged by the destination country. We declare the actual value of goods on all shipping documents. We cannot mark shipments as gifts or undervalue items for customs purposes.

Please check your local customs regulations before ordering. Refusal to pay customs charges is not grounds for a refund of the product cost.

Hardware Returns

Hardware products can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

To initiate a return, contact support@jlrfix.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Software Returns

Software licenses and digital products are non-refundable once activated or delivered. This includes Pathfinder, SDD, Topix Cloud, and proprietary tool activations. Please confirm compatibility before purchase.

If you experience activation issues, our support team will work to resolve them. If the software cannot be activated due to a technical fault on our end, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

✅ Warranty

Warranty & Defective Items

6-Month Hardware Warranty

All hardware products are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty covers repair or replacement at our discretion. It does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, liquid damage, or physical impact.

To make a warranty claim, email support@jlrfix.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video if applicable. We will assess the claim and provide instructions for return or replacement.

Defective on Arrival

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Do not attempt to repair a defective item yourself, as this may void the warranty.

For courier-damaged items, we may require the original packaging for a claim with the shipping carrier. Please retain all packaging materials until you have confirmed the item is working correctly.

How to File a Return

Contact Support

Email support@jlrfix.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item if applicable. Our team will review your request within 24 hours.

Receive Return Authorization

If your return is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not ship items back without an RA number.

Pack and Ship

Repack the item securely in original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship to the address provided.

Inspection and Refund

Once we receive the return, we will inspect the item within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
